The Program Manager is responsible for the training and supervision of all full time Direct Care Staff. The Manager will be required to make changes in schedules and time based on the program and client needs. He/she is accountable to the Assistant Program Director, who provides supervision and training. The Manager will be responsible for any and all other related duties as assigned or identified by supervisor. Requirements: BA/BS Degree in Mental Health related field preferred; HS Diploma or GED required; One year supervisory experience required; Extensive experience in human services strongly preferred.
