Description:
Home and Community Connections is currently seeking a qualified applicant for Senior Residential Manager. The Senior Residential Manager is responsible for program development and management of people living in a variety of situations. This includes the supervision of Residential Coordinators; fulfillment of the program’s mission; establishing strategies to ensure people are primary decision makers; designing individualized supports for people to continue living as independently as possible through skill development; increasing personal social connections; and oversight of medical services and the ISP process while providing a high quality of care. This position involves a combination of direct management supervision and administrative responsibilities. This is a full time, salaried position, also requiring On-Call responsibilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related education required. Professional experience may be substituted for educational requirement. Minimum of four years’ experience in the field, minimum two years supervisory experience, ID/DD experience desirable.
