Description:
Exciting Career Opportunities With A Growing Leader In Sustainability Solutions!

Energy Resources USA is a turn-key comprehensive energy services company providing affordable, cost-effective energy efficiency upgrades to thousands of facilities throughout the Northeast.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is an opportunity to take on work that offers a rare combination of being both highly rewarding AND fulfilling at the same time! You will have the ability to make a real positive impact for many people by helping to improve working and/or living conditions, reducing annual overhead expenses for struggling organizations, boosting local economy & job security, and last but not least, saving the environment by reducing the carbon footprint.

Our JK Energy Solutions division is a top producing energy services provider for regional sustainability initiatives throughout the Northeast such as the Mass Save program (covers all the major public energy grids in Massachusetts) while working closely and maintaining strong relationships with the regional power utilities that administer these programs which in this case includes Eversource and National Grid. We deliver energy solutions as turnkey projects with utility incentives/rebates (covering up to 60% or more of project cost) and utility-provided financing (covering net cost) at 0% interest. Projects often have no up-front cost to the customer, deliver immediate savings equal to or exceeding financing payments, and continue delivering for many years well beyond the financing period.

As an Energy Consultant, your role is focused on providing affordable, cost-effective energy solutions through the Mass Save program to local business, nonprofit, and public service organizations within the Franklin County territory assigned to us by Eversource for the Mass Save program. You will be expected to conduct energy audits at customers' facilities, contribute in the investigation of known and discovery of unknown issues in building equipment/machinery, walk the customer through proposed energy efficiency measures in our proposal, and alleviate any questions or concerns that may prevent the customer from moving forward with the project.

Ideal candidate is an ambitious individual who is comfortable with prospecting and enjoys the freedom to create and manage their own schedule. While prospecting and referrals are key to success in this position, new lead opportunities generated in-house and from utilities will become available periodically. This is an uncapped earning commission-based role but potential salary and/or draw is available based on experience and qualifications. Our Energy Consultants typically earn anywhere from $60,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year with our highest performers consistently earning well over six figures annually.

Whether you are experienced, new to the industry or outside sales, or just starting your career after college, if you are driven and determined to succeed, this is an exciting opportunity to join a young, fast-growing company in a strong, high-demand, and feel-good industry. Upon joining the team, you will immediately be partnered for one-on-one training with and gain close mentorship from one of our top Energy Consultants who is a proven industry leader as well as have the ability to shadow and learn from a number of other team members across a wide range of roles and responsibilities.

In addition to sending us your resume, please free to also include any additional supporting materials (cover letter, portfolios, transcripts, certificates, LinkedIn, etc.) which you think strengthens your application or helps differentiate yourself from other candidates.
