There is also an option to become a full-time salaried clinician after the initial probationary period. CHD is a DBT and substance abuse certified agency and is committed to innovative, evidence-based clinical models of care that support the delivery of quality client-centered services. We offer flexible schedules and are looking for professionals to work afternoon and evening hours during the week and daytime hours on Saturdays, as well as providing outreach services in homes and out of the clinic facilities throughout all working hours. Requirements: Minimum requirements include having a Master’s Degree or higher and having a Massachusetts professional license such as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC or Licensed Psychologist. Bilingual/bicultural clinicians are preferred. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a high level of skill in therapeutic engagement of diverse clients, hold fidelity to evidence based practices that match presenting problems, good diagnostic skills, and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR). Candidates will be part of teams providing addiction services, diagnostic assessments, treatment plan development, as well as individual, couples/family and group therapy sessions.
