Description:
The Bereavement Coordinator is a key member of the interdisciplinary team working closely with social workers. Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the bereavement program to include facilitating support groups, community education, staff support, and other bereavement services in addition to providing support to bereaved family members. Will also provide clinical support to patients and families currently receiving hospice services.

This is a part-time position: 24-30 hours week with some evening and weekend assignments.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field LICSW preferred
Clinical experience in bereavement counseling required
2 years related clinical experience with individuals, groups, and families
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
