Lead a dynamic team in realizing a vision of a recovery informed community, one which supports recovery for all. Primary responsibilities include creating conditions for meaningful community engagement through a peer participatory process, program development, networking with local and state providers, coalition building, staff supervision and budget management. Requirements: Qualifications include: at least 6 years lived experience with substance addiction and recovery, demonstrated knowledge and understanding of principles of recovery, at least five years supervision experience and proven competency in working with persons from diverse backgrounds. Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be partially substituted for education requirement. Salaried position, some nights and weekend hours required.
