This position works Monday – Thursday from 6:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional Fridays scheduled as overtime. Responsibilities: o Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices following all sanitation and processing procedures and guidelines. o Safely operate the cutters, linkers, stuffers, blenders, cookhouses, and cook tanks. o Read and understand production schedule and formulas, and record information on standard production forms. o Set up, inspect, and operate equipment according to standard operating procedures.
