This is a hands on, dynamic, fast paced environment and requires quick thinking, multitasking ability. We are looking for experienced individuals that have a positive attitude along with great leadership skills and experiences. An eye for detail and focus on quality is a must. Our crew leaders and members are responsible for completing jobs on time and to our high quality standards. At this time we are only looking for experienced individuals with a strong background in planting installations, equipment operation, crew management and hardscape installation. Candidates for this job must be familiar with commercial grounds maintenance including mowing, mulching, string-trimming. Experience in planting, grading, paver patio, walkway, retaining wall installations, bob-cat and small equipment operation is preferred. The Crew Leaders work closely with the Account Managers and General Manager to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
