CHD’s growing In Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring program is seeking a Clinical Supervisor. This is a full time position based in West Springfield, serving children and families in Hampden county. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of 8-10 Master's and Bachelor's level staff as well as direct in home therapy services with 6-8 families. Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required. Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) and experience working with children and families required, as is a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
