Office will be located in Greenfield. The Family Partner works directly with families/parents providing support, training, and empowering the parents to be their child’s own advocate. This program and position follows the principles of ‘Wraparound’. Qualifications include: you must be a parent or guardian of a child who has or had mental health or behavioral challenges, working knowledge of relevant area family support resources, demonstrated experience working as a team member, ability to complete detailed documentation and narrative reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but related work/life experience may be considered as partial substitution; and at least 2 years experience working with children, adolescents, or transition age youth is necessary.
