Direct Hire position with benefits package! MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE GROUP BENEFITS Dept experience.
Very busy Employee Group Benefits Department is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrative professional to provide support to the VP of Sales and customer service to multiple health and life insurance companies. This position requires experience working with employee group health and life insurance plans AND superior administrative and customer service skills.

Only candidates with the Minimum Experience & Qualifications will be considered

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years Employee Group Benefits experience.
· Life and Health License – or willing to obtain it within the first year of employment.

· At least a two-year college degree – 4 year degree preferred.

A working knowledge and be comfortable using EXCEL on a daily basis.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word & Outlook.

· Excellent communication and customer services skills.

· The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

· The ability to multi-task and shift priorities to meet deadlines – timeliness is critical.

· Must exhibit a professional demeanor and attitude at all times.

· Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt in a changing work environment.

Payrate: $12.00 – $16.00 Depending upon Experience
