Part-time Teller

The UMassFive College Federal Credit Union, a full-service, non-profit financial institution, is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Teller to join the professional, upbeat and dynamic team at our Northampton Branch. UMassFive is committed to improving the financial lives of its members, so candidates must have a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile to help members save time and money.
Part-Time Teller (15.5 hrs/wk: Mon 12:15-6:15pm; Thu 11:30-2:30pm; Fri 11:30-2:30pm; every Sat 8:45-12:30pm): Tellers are responsible for a variety of duties, including: processing deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, and transfers; identifying members’ needs and providing solutions; and other similar duties. Requirements include high school diploma, knowledge of debits and credits and basic bookkeeping, computer proficiency, and at least one year of customer service/sales experience, including handling cash.
This is a non-benefited position.
